The Anandeshwar Temple at Lasur village in Daryapur Taluka, Amravati District, Maharashtra, is an important ASI-protected monument dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated on the banks of the Purna River, the temple is believed to date to the 13th century and is an outstanding example of Hemadpanti architecture, constructed using intricately interlocked black basalt stones without mortar. The temple is notable for its unique tridal (three-sanctum) plan, open-pillared mandapa, and finely carved architectural elements, reflecting the rich artistic and cultural traditions of the Yadava period. Recognized as a Monument of National Importance, the temple holds significant historical, architectural, and religious value.
